How TrashFetch Works
Simple for customers. Simple for haulers. That's the whole idea.
Getting Your
Trash Hauled
No truck? No problem. Post a job and let a vetted neighbor handle it — often on a run they were already making.
Sign up for free at TrashFetch.com. Select the Customer role. No subscription required — you only pay when you post a job.
Enter your pickup address, describe what needs to go (bags, furniture, yard waste, etc.), select your neighborhood, and set your offer price.
Your payment is authorized and held in escrow via Stripe. Your card is not charged until a hauler accepts and completes the job.
The first available hauler in your neighborhood accepts your job. You can cancel for a full refund any time before this happens.
Your hauler picks up the trash and takes it to the local transfer station or waste facility. All trash must be properly disposed of.
The hauler marks the job complete in the app. You receive a notification. Payment is released. That's it — your trash is gone.
Cancel any open, unaccepted job for a full refund, automatically. Once a hauler accepts, partial refunds are handled by our support team. Contact us if you have an issue.

Hauling Trash
You already have a truck and you're already making dump runs. Turn those runs into income with minimal extra effort.
Sign up at TrashFetch.com and select the Hauler role. It's free to join.
Upload a government-issued ID and confirm your vehicle type. This protects customers and ensures our haulers are trustworthy members of the community.
Our team reviews your application within 2 business days and notifies you by email. Once approved, your hauler dashboard unlocks.
Select the neighborhoods you want to serve. Open jobs posted in those areas become visible in your dashboard the instant they're posted.
Be the first to accept a job and it's yours. Pick up the trash on your next run to the Pahoa Transfer Station — often with minimal detour.
Once the trash is dropped off, mark the job complete in the app. 75% of the job price lands in your Stripe account within 3 business days.
All trash must be disposed of at a licensed transfer station or waste facility. Illegal dumping results in immediate permanent account suspension. Respect customers and their property at all times.
